Save money using our 'Man and Van' service... We are keen to promote this service, where we supply a truck (fully equipped with blankets, ties, and trolleys) with a hard working driver. This is a great way for you to save money, by paying for only one man instead of two. This works particularly well for most small moves (primarily boxes and small items), or for any move, really, if you are prepared to help us with heavy or bulky items. About The Smooth Mover... Business owner Gavan Lewis has had extensive experience in removals and transport, both in the United Kingdom and in New Zealand. He got his first real taste for the industry while based in London on an extended working holiday. "I love the nature of the work - lots of variation, and it's great meeting so many new people on a daily basis. Moving house (or anything else, for that matter!) can be a very stressful time for the property owner, and we thrive on making the move as easy and stress-free as possible for our customers."
